  • Roca Diumenge project consists of two Houses in the most prestigious place in the Principality of Andorra. Out of these two, one remains on sale. This Xalet built area is 688 M2 on a plot of 388,5 M2. It has three floors above street level and 2 floors below. All floors look over views of Andorra la Vella, Escaldes and the surrounding mountains.

  • The Xalets are designed to the highest construction and energy saving standards. All building materials and components are carefully chosen for long term reliability and usability.

  • Eco friendly construction

    The Xalets are built according to the best practices and standards. The structure envelope is thermally isolated. All windows use triple isolating glass. This enable to maintain the house energy and as well apply most of “Passive House” concepts using the sun energy and maintain ideal climate with minimal energy consumption . The house conform to the highly demanding Andorran energetic standards.

  • Heating

    The Xalets are heated by Air to Water (Aerothermal) Hitachi YUTAKITM Heat pumps which provide floor heating and domestic hot water. These appliances are up to X3 times more efficient and cheaper than conventional Electric heating or gazoil furnace. The parking access road is heated for de-icing purpose. Each room/zone is independently controlled via home automations system or locally.

  • Energy Efficient Ventilation

    Zehnder ComfosystemsTM provide a constant supply of fresh air into indoor spaces. Fresh air is fed into the system via an external wall vent. The heat recovery ventilation device recovers up to 90% of the energy of the extract air to warm the incoming fresh air, saving on heating costs.

  • Home Control and Automation

    With ZipatoTM Z-waveTM based control system you can remotely control and automate lighting, heating, air-conditioning, shades, home appliances, curtains, irrigation, home entertainment…almost anything in your home. Z-wave is the most advanced method and its open design will enable future addition and modifications from thousands of providers at reasonable costs. You can also optimize your energy consumption, without sacrificing your comfort. Key areas are equipped with IP video cameras.

  • Windows and shutters

    The house aluminum windows by CORTIZOTM with thermal break, Sun GuardianTM insulating glass and excellent acoustic and thermal characteristics. The sun facing facade is fitted with Metalunic Sinus – metal external venetian blind Sinus from GriesserTM Switzerland and powered by electric motors which can be controlled locally or by the home automatation system.

  • Lift

    The house is equipped with 5 stations OronaTM – Domo Plus 450 Kg, 6 persons lift.
